# PROTR vs Move Nutrition

The clearest difference is update cadence: Move Nutrition at every 2 days against PROTR's every 5 weeks. PROTR's advantage is iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PROTR sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $149.99 per month and Move Nutrition sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PROTR ships an update every 5 weeks, Move Nutrition every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
