# Future Timer vs Chore Receipt Log

The clearest difference is update cadence: Chore Receipt Log at every 4 days against Future Timer's monthly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Future Timer sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Chore Receipt Log sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
