# RE Venant vs GhostLab

The clearest difference is rating: GhostLab at 4.5 against RE Venant's 3.0. GhostLab also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs fortnightly) and ratings volume (15 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RE Venant sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and GhostLab sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

GhostLab holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GhostLab has 15 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

RE Venant ships an update fortnightly, GhostLab every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
