# PHD Helper vs Pedal Notes

The clearest difference is device support: Pedal Notes at 3 against PHD Helper's —. On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PHD Helper sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Pedal Notes sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
