# 5 Seconds Rule Timer vs Full Stop

The clearest difference is update cadence: Full Stop at every 5 days against 5 Seconds Rule Timer's every 2 weeks. Full Stop also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 5 Seconds Rule Timer sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Full Stop sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

5 Seconds Rule Timer ships an update every 2 weeks, Full Stop every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
