# SpeechWriter vs Eulogia

The clearest difference is update cadence: Eulogia at every 2 months against SpeechWriter's every 8 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SpeechWriter sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Eulogia sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SpeechWriter ships an update every 8 months, Eulogia every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
