# LaceLedger vs Shoelogs

The clearest difference is update cadence: LaceLedger at every 3 days against Shoelogs's weekly. LaceLedger also leads on iOS requirement (17.6 vs 26.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LaceLedger sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Shoelogs sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LaceLedger ships an update every 3 days, Shoelogs weekly. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
