# IQPill vs Cortex

The clearest difference is update cadence: IQPill at every 2 days against Cortex's every 11 days. IQPill also leads on device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IQPill sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Cortex sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

IQPill ships an update every 2 days, Cortex every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
