# Sling Skaters vs Rush Protocol

The clearest difference is rating: Rush Protocol at 4.3 against Sling Skaters's 2.8. Rush Protocol also leads on ratings volume (90 vs 4) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 9 days). Sling Skaters's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 18%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sling Skaters sells 7 one-off in-app purchases and Rush Protocol sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Rush Protocol holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rush Protocol has 90 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Sling Skaters's written reviews are positive against 18% of Rush Protocol's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Sling Skaters ships an update every 9 days, Rush Protocol every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
