The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Push Up Counter at none against FitBlok's 4. FitBlok's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (27 vs 2). On price, rating, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FitBlok sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Push Up Counter asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.4 for FitBlok against 4.5 for Push Up Counter. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FitBlok has 27 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
