# Krypt vs Linkdex

The clearest difference is update cadence: Linkdex at every 2 weeks against Krypt's monthly. Krypt's advantage is device support (4 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.5 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Krypt sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Linkdex sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Krypt ships an update monthly, Linkdex every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
