# Minamo vs Mitasu

The clearest difference is update cadence: Mitasu at every 2 weeks against Minamo's every 4 months. Minamo's advantage is iOS requirement (18.6 vs 26.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Minamo sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Mitasu sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Minamo ships an update every 4 months, Mitasu every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
