# Prepilingo vs Lingviko

The clearest difference is update cadence: Lingviko at every 2 days against Prepilingo's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Prepilingo sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Lingviko sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Prepilingo ships an update fortnightly, Lingviko every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and September 27, 2026 respectively.
