# Focus Flight Pal vs Focus Train

The clearest difference is update cadence: Focus Train at every 6 days against Focus Flight Pal's every 3 weeks. Focus Train also leads on ratings volume (5 vs 1) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focus Flight Pal sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Focus Train sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Focus Flight Pal against 5.0 for Focus Train. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Focus Train has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Focus Flight Pal ships an update every 3 weeks, Focus Train every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
