# PolyChat vs Tigbit

The clearest difference is rating: Tigbit at 4.9 against PolyChat's 2.0. Tigbit also leads on ratings volume (8 vs 1). PolyChat's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PolyChat sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and Tigbit sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tigbit holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tigbit has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
