# Reset vs Twilock

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Twilock at 100% against Reset's 42%. Twilock also leads on monetization model (freemium vs subscription) and rating (4.9 vs 4.5). Reset's advantage is ratings volume (172 vs 26). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Reset sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Twilock sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Twilock holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Reset has 172 ratings behind it against 26, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 42% of Reset's written reviews are positive against 100% of Twilock's.

Reset ships an update every 3 days, Twilock weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
