# Heretic Chess vs Cheir

The clearest difference is device support: Heretic Chess at 3 against Cheir's 1. Heretic Chess also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Heretic Chess sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Cheir sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
