# Loggd vs Control

The clearest difference is rating: Loggd at 5.0 against Control's 4.5. Loggd also leads on ratings volume (6 vs 2) and iOS requirement (16.2 vs 26.2). Control's advantage is monetization model (free vs freemium). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Loggd sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Control sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Loggd ships an update every 2 weeks, Control every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
