# Chess Peace vs Terminus

The clearest difference is update cadence: Chess Peace at every 10 days against Terminus's monthly. Chess Peace also leads on iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Chess Peace sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Terminus sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Chess Peace ships an update every 10 days, Terminus monthly. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
