# Brainrot vs Scrollwall

The clearest difference is rating: Scrollwall at 4.7 against Brainrot's 2.0. Scrollwall also leads on ratings volume (148 vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 11 days). Brainrot's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Brainrot sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Scrollwall sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Scrollwall holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Scrollwall has 148 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Brainrot ships an update every 11 days, Scrollwall every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
