# Comic Day vs Comikai

The clearest difference is ads: Comic Day at none against Comikai's shown. On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Comic Day sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and Comikai sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $5.49 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
