# SerielTV vs AShot

The clearest difference is ads: SerielTV at none against AShot's shown. AShot's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SerielTV sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and AShot sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SerielTV ships an update every 3 weeks, AShot weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 21, 2026 and September 8, 2026 respectively.
