# Classr vs Semester Stuff

The clearest difference is rating: Semester Stuff at 5.0 against Classr's 4.0. Classr's advantage is ratings volume (9 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Classr sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Semester Stuff sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Semester Stuff holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Classr has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Classr ships an update weekly, Semester Stuff every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on September 23, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
