# ALIVE vs Forma

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: ALIVE at none against Forma's 1. ALIVE also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Forma's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Forma sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. ALIVE asks for nothing beyond the download.

ALIVE ships an update every 2 weeks, Forma every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
