# Emergency Action Plan vs PrepperApp

The clearest difference is update cadence: PrepperApp at every 2 days against Emergency Action Plan's every 11 days. PrepperApp also leads on device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Emergency Action Plan sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and PrepperApp sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Emergency Action Plan ships an update every 11 days, PrepperApp every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
