# MOL.DO vs ADHD Planner

The clearest difference is update cadence: MOL.DO at every 3 days against ADHD Planner's every 3 months. ADHD Planner's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MOL.DO sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and ADHD Planner sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
