# Dot Vibe vs Tally

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Dot Vibe at none against Tally's 5. Dot Vibe also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 6 weeks) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Tally's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tally sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Dot Vibe asks for nothing beyond the download.

Dot Vibe holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tally has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
