# Positive Focus vs Dunit

The clearest difference is update cadence: Dunit at every 4 days against Positive Focus's fortnightly. Positive Focus's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Positive Focus sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Dunit sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Positive Focus ships an update fortnightly, Dunit every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
