# Rack vs ProgressLens

The clearest difference is update cadence: ProgressLens at every 3 days against Rack's every 10 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Rack sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and ProgressLens sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Rack ships an update every 10 days, ProgressLens every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 1, 2026.
