# Waterfy vs Forge

The clearest difference is update cadence: Forge at every 5 days against Waterfy's monthly. Waterfy's advantage is iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Waterfy sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Forge sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Waterfy ships an update monthly, Forge every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
