The clearest difference is in-app purchases: HIIT Trainer at none against BeatNow's 1. HIIT Trainer also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 6 days). BeatNow's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BeatNow sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. HIIT Trainer asks for nothing beyond the download.

BeatNow ships an update every 6 days, HIIT Trainer every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
