# Bara vs Pyron

The clearest difference is ads: Pyron at none against Bara's shown. Bara's advantage is ratings volume (61 vs 3) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bara sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per 7 days and Pyron sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Bara against 5.0 for Pyron. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bara has 61 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 96% of Bara's written reviews are positive against 92% of Pyron's.

Bara ships an update every 4 days, Pyron every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
