Label Studio builds reusable QR label runs and checks every code against its intended payload in the finished PDF before export. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Labels. Name the run, choose Letter or A4, then create a numbered sequence or add custom captions and exact QR payloads. 2. Edit individual labels and copy counts. Save the run locally for reuse. Build the verified PDF. 3. Inspect the label sheet and share the PDF with its proof manifest. Print one test sheet at actual size and test it with the intended scanner. Create, styling, scan-and-verify, history, batch generation, print sizing, Preflight Lab and the reference kit remain available. Letter/A4 sheets use black vector modules and four-module quiet zones. Run storage preserves unreadable files and reports save failures. WHAT TO KNOW Eight labels per page with generic cut guides, not adhesive-stock templates.
