# Pixel Walker vs Oz Steps

The clearest difference is update cadence: Oz Steps at every 2 days against Pixel Walker's every 2 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pixel Walker sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month and Oz Steps sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pixel Walker ships an update every 2 weeks, Oz Steps every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on September 25, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
