# Sumric vs StartFocus

The clearest difference is update cadence: Sumric at every 9 days against StartFocus's every 4 months. StartFocus's advantage is iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sumric sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and StartFocus sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sumric ships an update every 9 days, StartFocus every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
