# BrightMind vs Prepo

The clearest difference is update cadence: Prepo at every 6 days against BrightMind's fortnightly. BrightMind's advantage is iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BrightMind sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and Prepo sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BrightMind ships an update fortnightly, Prepo every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
