# OverRun vs Flowmodoro

The clearest difference is update cadence: Flowmodoro at weekly against OverRun's fortnightly. OverRun's advantage is iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OverRun sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Flowmodoro sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

OverRun ships an update fortnightly, Flowmodoro weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
