# SaveIt vs SketchCalc

The clearest difference is ads: SaveIt at none against SketchCalc's shown. SaveIt also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks) and device support (5 vs 3). SketchCalc's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.1). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SaveIt sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per year and SketchCalc sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SaveIt ships an update every 4 days, SketchCalc every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
