# Widgetik vs Cartogram

Widgetik and Cartogram both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 92% of Widgetik's written reviews are positive against 0% of Cartogram's. Widgetik also leads on ratings volume (62 vs 7). Cartogram's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 6 days). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Widgetik sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Cartogram sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Widgetik holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Widgetik has 62 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 92% of Widgetik's written reviews are positive against 0% of Cartogram's.

Widgetik ships an update every 6 days, Cartogram every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
