# Forfeit vs Quit

The clearest difference is ads: Forfeit at none against Quit's shown. Forfeit also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). Quit's advantage is update cadence (daily vs every 4 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Forfeit sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Quit sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Forfeit ships an update every 4 months, Quit daily. The most recent releases landed on September 10, 2026 and September 18, 2026 respectively.
