# TermCOW vs RemoteGate

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: RemoteGate at 13.0 against TermCOW's 16.1. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TermCOW sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and RemoteGate sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
