# Lectra vs Notra

The clearest difference is update cadence: Notra at every 10 days against Lectra's every 6 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lectra sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and Notra sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lectra ships an update every 6 weeks, Notra every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and September 25, 2026 respectively.
