# MineSphere 3D vs DEEP FIELD

The clearest difference is update cadence: MineSphere 3D at every 4 days against DEEP FIELD's every 8 days. DEEP FIELD's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MineSphere 3D sells 8 one-off in-app purchases and DEEP FIELD sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MineSphere 3D ships an update every 4 days, DEEP FIELD every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
