# Tally vs Hourlyo

The clearest difference is update cadence: Tally at every 6 weeks against Hourlyo's every 6 months. Hourlyo's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tally sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Hourlyo sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tally ships an update every 6 weeks, Hourlyo every 6 months. Both last shipped on November 5, 2026.
