# Focus vs Nonstop

The clearest difference is update cadence: Focus at every 3 days against Nonstop's every 2 weeks. Nonstop's advantage is iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focus sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Nonstop sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Focus ships an update every 3 days, Nonstop every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
