# BrainMaxx vs Ozzy

The clearest difference is ads: Ozzy at none against BrainMaxx's shown. Ozzy also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). BrainMaxx's advantage is ratings volume (176 vs 3). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BrainMaxx sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and Ozzy sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ozzy holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BrainMaxx has 176 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 92% of BrainMaxx's written reviews are positive against 100% of Ozzy's.

BrainMaxx ships an update weekly, Ozzy fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
