# Switchifye vs SafeAfter

The clearest difference is update cadence: Switchifye at fortnightly against SafeAfter's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Switchifye sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $11.99 per year and SafeAfter sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $19.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Switchifye ships an update fortnightly, SafeAfter every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
