# Switchifye vs Network Scan

The clearest difference is update cadence: Network Scan at every 4 days against Switchifye's fortnightly. Switchifye's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Switchifye sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $11.99 per year and Network Scan sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Switchifye ships an update fortnightly, Network Scan every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on September 17, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
