# Orbit vs delete

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: delete at none against Orbit's 2. delete also leads on ratings volume (6 vs 1) and iOS requirement (18.6 vs 26.0). Orbit's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs monthly). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Orbit sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. delete asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Orbit against 5.0 for delete. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: delete has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Orbit ships an update every 3 days, delete monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
