# TriggerFlo vs Note Recall

The clearest difference is update cadence: Note Recall at every 4 days against TriggerFlo's fortnightly. TriggerFlo's advantage is device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (16.2 vs 18.0). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TriggerFlo sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Note Recall sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for TriggerFlo against 5.0 for Note Recall. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 1 respectively.

TriggerFlo ships an update fortnightly, Note Recall every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
